A bit about us,
How Yellow Belly
Got its Name.
“Yellow Belly” is a Southern insult for a coward, a scaredy cat. It’s a classic in old western movies right before a shootout one cowboy will call another “You Yellow Belly Coward”, and those are just simply fighting words. But at Yellow Belly Marketing: We’re Never Afraid.
Our name and motto was inspired by business owners who when talking about their marketing needs always seemed to be coming from a place of fear. They had no idea where to start. They had this great business they were passionate about but getting it into the right hands, well that was a business they knew nothing about. It can be overwhelming – but that’s where we come in.
We love turning insults on their head. So give us your fears, and your pain points and we’ll turn them into your strengths.

I love making things. That’s really at the core of my being. Whether it’s building outdoor furniture, BBQing slabs of meat, restoring an old camper, or simply making a beautiful dinner for my family; I take a lot of joy in creating something out of nothing. My friends always joke that there’s nothing I can’t do when really it’s just there’s nothing I won’t try. I think there is a beautiful art to all of it.
That’s what makes me so passionate about website design and marketing. There are so many options out there, and I understand that it can be overwhelming, but it can also be exciting. I see every new project as an opportunity to create something beautiful for a client. I fully recognize that a well-designed website or an eye-catching social media strategy can be the difference between some businesses succeeding or not. I don’t just want my clients to succeed, I want them to thrive to shine. I want to create for them something they can take pride in. To me, that is the greatest honor.
